This includes platform, services, applications, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing this platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with this page. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
StudyPlans provides an online marketplace designed to connect counselors with those who want help. This includes students, parents, guardians, educational institutions, and other users with independent admissions counselors and educational consultants. StudyPlans serves solely as a technology platform that facilitates introductions and communication between users.

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account or use the Platform independently. Individuals under the age of eighteen may only use the Platform with the permission and supervision of a parent. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and current account information. Users agree to safeguard your login credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. StudyPlans reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
Admissions counselors and educational consultants who register warrant that all information provided in their profiles is truthful. Counselors are solely responsible for maintaining current information regarding their education, experience, credentials, certifications, pricing, availability, and professional background. StudyPlans does its best to assure counselor information is accurate. This includes researching flagged profiles and giving badges to only those who are verified.

StudyPlans does not guarantee admission to any college, university, graduate program, scholarship, internship, or educational opportunity. Admissions decisions are made solely by the respective educational institutions based upon their own admissions standards, policies, and procedures. Counselor, consultant, or representative using the Platform are not authorized to guarantee outcomes. This includes admission, financial aid awards, scholarships, transfer acceptance, visa approval, employment opportunities, or any other educational result.
StudyPlans may provide search tools, ratings, reviews, recommendations, messaging features, scheduling tools, educational resources, and other informational content for convenience. The provided guidance is recommendation guidance and does not guarantee results.
Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to upload false information, impersonate another individual, interfere with the operation of the Platform. Users retain ownership of the information, documents, reviews, photographs, and other content they submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant StudyPlans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use such content as necessary to operate, improve, promote, and maintain the Platform, subject to applicable privacy laws and the StudyPlans Privacy Policy.
StudyPlans reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, edit, remove, suspend, or restrict any content. Listing, account, or communication that violates these Terms, infringes upon the rights of others, or may expose StudyPlans or its users to legal or operational risk.
Individual admissions counselors set fees for services. Users are responsible for reviewing pricing before purchasing services. Unless expressly stated, StudyPlans is not responsible for refund decisions relating to services provided by independent counselors. Any refund policies established by individual counselors remain between the counselor and the user unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StudyPlans provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. StudyPlans disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation. StudyPlans does not warrant that the Platform will always be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyPlans, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, partners, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or services obtained through the Platform. This limitation includes, without limitation, damages relating to educational outcomes, admissions decisions, scholarship opportunities, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, emotional distress, or other intangible losses, even if StudyPlans has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StudyPlans, its affiliates, officers, employees, directors, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, judgments, settlements, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, or disputes between users and admissions counselors.
StudyPlans may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or enhance any portion of the Platform at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be revised periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, business practices, or Platform functionality. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure by StudyPlans to enforce a provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision at a later time.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StudyPlans operates. Without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
By continuing to access or use StudyPlans, you acknowledge that you have carefully read these Terms and Conditions. Understand your rights and responsibilities, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by them.
